Turkey has denied allegations of an increase in coronavirus infections in the resorts

Turkey’s health ministry has denied allegations of an increase in new cases of coronavirus infection in the country’s resorts, TASS reported.

No coronavirus outbreak in Turkish resorts. An increase in new cases has been registered only in Ankara, Diyarbakir, Gaziantep, Konya and Istanbul, the Turkish Ministry of Health told TASS, BTA reports.

The new coronavirus was first registered in Turkey on March 10th.

The total number of infected people in the country is currently 236 thousand people, 5 784 people have died and 219 506 patients have recovered.
