New Delhi: Indian hockey team captain Manpreet Singh and three players have been confirmed for the Kovid-19.
According to the Sports Authority of India (SAI), the athletes were diagnosed with the disease during a pre-national camp in Bangalore.
Apart from Manpreet, Kovid-19 has been confirmed for defender Surender Kumar, Jaskaran Singh and Varun Kumar.
Manpreet said in a statement that the disease has been confirmed and that Sai is staying at Quarantine on campus. Manpreet added that he was happy that the authorities had handled the situation and hoped he would recover soon.
