A 2-year-old girl is one of the two new cases of coronavirus in the last 24 hours in Vratsa district, RHI reported.
The child returned from abroad with his parents in the Vratsa village of Chelopek. The family voluntarily underwent a PCR test and only the girl tested positive.
The child has no symptoms of the disease and is treated at home. The other case is of a 30-year-old Kozloduy resident who has been in contact with another confirmed case of a coronavirus infection.
The man is also being treated at home, and his contacts are isolated. There are now 12 active cases of infection, and a total of 57 residents have been quarantined.
