Volcanic ash cloud at a height of 4,500 meters above the summit of Etna … video and photos

Volcanic activity suddenly accelerated in Mount Etna, on the coasts of the Italian city of Sicily, last night as there was an increase in the boiling of lava due to the high internal temperature.

According to the National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology in Sicily, after three hours this phenomenon witnessed a sharp decline with the emission of ash trapped in the volcanic summit area.

The institute stated that “the explosive activity from the crater with periodic emission of ash that is spreading rapidly near the summit area has not been subject to any changes.”

With regard to ultrasound activity, there are no fundamental changes, but a shift in sources should be noted in the northeastern crater area.

The eruption of the volcanic tremor is decreasing until it has reached the current average global scale.

It is noteworthy that the source of the tremor that caused this ablution is located in the new southeastern crater area at an average depth of 2.8 km above sea level.
