Permission to dismiss foreigners
The order says that all Kuwait government-owned companies will be sacked of foreign nationals and replaced with Oman nationals. The order was issued as part of the Oman government’s financial guidelines. More than a third of Oman’s population of 4.6 million emigrants. The government directive is in view of the Kovid crisis.
Relief for the Indians
The new policy, which was implemented in Oman, is not targeted to Indians in Oman and the government is paying special attention to Indians. Srivastava said the government had announced that it would provide food packages to Indians stranded in Oman during the lockdown.

There are also reports that many people in the country will lose their jobs and cut their budgets. But all of this is a growing concern for Indian expatriates living in Oman.
For indigenous cultivation
The Omani government is pushing to expand homelessness to more posts in the country. The government is of the view that foreign employment contracts will not be renewed. The Royal Court of Diwan op has suggested that over 70 per cent of foreigners working in the region will be fired in accordance with the expiry of the current contract. The order was issued by Sultan Haitim bin Tariq, the ruler of Oman.

Residents who have been working for more than 25 years in Consultant, Expert and Specialist Manager posts will be given notice by the government to retire. The Ministry of Human Resources has decided to implement 44.1% indigenization in tourism. In addition, 20 per cent of the logistics sector, 35 per cent of the industry will be implemented in the country.
