The company began alerting customers who had not seen anything on the platform within 12 months since they became subscribers to check if they wanted to keep the membership.
The company stated: “You may be upset when you realize that you have subscribed to something but you haven’t used it for a long time, and we don’t want people to pay for something they don’t use.”
According to this policy, the company requires the customer who has not seen anything on the service for a year since joining to confirm his desire to retain the membership, and will do the same with anyone who has stopped watching for more than two years, and in the event that the service does not get a response to emails Of these people, the broadcast service will automatically cancel the account.
