New Delhi / Kathmandu: Nepal Prime Minister KP Oli has launched a new controversy following a map claiming Indian territories. He commented that the Indian virus is more deadly than the Chinese and Italian viruses. In a speech to parliament on Tuesday after health issues, he blamed India for the spread of cavity cases in Nepal.

The virus is spreading through India through illegal means. Some local representatives and party leaders are responsible for getting people out of India without proper inspection. The Indian virus now seems to be more deadly than the Chinese and the Italian. More people are getting sick here, ”he said.

“The Kalapani, Limpiyadura and Lipulekh areas that are part of India will be brought back to Nepal at any cost,” he said. The Nepal government recently approved a new map that includes India’s Limpiyadura, Lipulekh and Kalapani. This widened the rift between the two countries over the new road that India has inaugurated.

India and Nepal share a 1,800 km border. The Lipulekh Pas Nepal is based on the 1816 Sugauli Treaty with the British colonial rulers to define the western border with India. Although Indian troops have been deployed there since the India-China War of 1962, Nepal claims that the Lympidadura and Kalapani regions are strategic areas.

On May 8, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh inaugurated a new road connecting Lipulekh Pass in Uttarakhand with Kailash Mansarovar in China. Nepal then protested and planned to set up a security post in the area. The road that goes through Pithoragarh district of Uttarakhand is part of India, the Indian Foreign Ministry said.
