Social media activists shared a video clip documenting the escape of a mosque imam after the police raided a mosque used to pray by worshipers during Eid prayers, in violation of the decision to ban gatherings.
The video clip, which was filmed in the city of Nabaruh, in the Egyptian governorate of Mansoura, shows the imam of the mosque, wearing the cloak and turban, and runs quickly to escape with the worshipers upon the arrival of the police.
