The vicinity of the Libyan capital, Tripoli, witnessed today, Sunday morning, clashes between the forces of the National Army led by Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar and the forces of the “Berkan Rage” of the Government of Conciliation.
Field sources reported to “Sputnik” the renewed clashes between the Libyan National Army forces and the Burkan Anger operation forces in a number of axes in Tripoli and around the city of Gharyan.

Earlier, the Military Information Division of the Libyan National Army announced that a company of 128 infantry battalions had moved towards the Libyan capital, Tripoli, to complete the military reinforcements of the fighting hubs.
Libya suffers a sharp division in state institutions, between the East which is run by the parliament and the National Army, and between the West where the Presidential Council of the Wefaq government is headed by Faiz al-Sarraj, which is an internationally recognized government but it has not won the confidence of Parliament.
Since April 4 of last year, the Libyan capital, Tripoli and its environs, have been in continuous battles between the Libyan army and forces affiliated with the Al-Wefaq government, which left hundreds of dead and thousands wounded.
