German champions Bayern Munich are renouncing the services of Brazilian playmaker Felipe Coutinho. This was admitted to SPIEGEL by the executive director of the “Bavarians” Karl-Heinz Rummenigge. The technician plays at the Allianz Arena on loan from Barcelona, and his € 120 million clause seems impossible for the Bundesliga driver.
“The deadline for this has expired and we have not activated this clause. Now we have to make serious planning of the funds,” Rummenigge revealed.
Coutinho played in 23 games for Bayern, in which he scored 8 goals and scored 6 assists.
He is currently recovering from an operation he underwent during the forced break in the championship.
