Anil Ambani owes money to the Industrial-Commercial Bank of China Limited, Mumbai Branch, China Development Bank and Exim Bank of China. Ambani told the court that his total value was zero. Judge Nigel Tier said it was a loan taken by Reliance Communications in 2012 and was a personal guarantee for Anil Ambani.

Anil Ambani is currently seeking legal advice because there is no legal procedure in India as a British court order has been issued. “Anil Ambani gave a personal guarantee to Reliance Communications Limited for a global loan in 2012 and this is not his personal loan,” the spokesman said. Banks have to pay $ 716,917,681.51 in guaranty guarantees.
