The former president of the capital CSKA – Alexander Tomov, said that he was asked to get involved in saving Levski. He revealed this to Bulgaria ON AIR TV.
The idea was for Tomov to share his experience from 2013. However, he added that he would not join the management of the “blues” for purely moral reasons.
Tomov’s name received surprising votes in the poll, which Vasil Bozhkov posted on the social network “Facebook” this morning. It will end tomorrow at 10:00, after which the winner will become clear.
So far, with the most votes is Levski’s top scorer №1 for all time – Nasko Sirakov. The coach of the basketball Levski – Konstantin Papazov also found a place in the ranking. He has 200 votes less than CSKA, but has more than the folk singer Kondio.
The general meeting of Levski is scheduled for July 6.
According to lawyers, Vasil Bozhkov and the nominal owner Georgi Popov could lose the club’s shares if the minority shareholders manage to prove that the two are deliberately pushing the team to bankruptcy.
