After the arrival of the first tanker loaded with oil … Venezuela thanks Iran

The Venezuelan Oil Minister, Tariq Al-Aissami, thanked Iran for sending several tankers to his country.

Al-Aissami said on his account with “Twitter”, “The cooperation between Iran and Venezuela in the energy field as well as it makes us united as OPEC member states, it is also based on scientific exchange and the development of hydrocarbon industries.”

“Thanks, brothers.”

In another tweet, he added, “On behalf of Nicholas Maduro and all the Venezuelan citizens, we salute the ships of the Islamic Republic of Iran that are now on the verge of reaching our country.”

He stressed that “this cooperation in the energy field with the aim of comprehensive development serves the interests of our two peoples.”

Iran launches new warnings to “American forces in the region” and threatens a decisive response

“The first fuel tanker arrived. Thank you to the armed forces for escorting them. Long live the friendship between Iran and Venezuela,” she added.

These shipments are aimed at alleviating acute gasoline shortages in Venezuela and have sparked a diplomatic confrontation with the US government because both Venezuela and Iran are subject to sanctions.

The US administration threatened to harass Iranian fuel tankers heading to Venezuela, while Iran decided to call the Swiss ambassador in Tehran, and sent a warning message to American officials that any threat to Iranian oil tankers would be met with an immediate and decisive response from Iran, and that the US government would bear responsibility for the consequences of that.

The Iranian Foreign Minister, Mohammad Javad Zarif, considered that the American threats to the Iranian oil tankers heading to Venezuela are illegal and dangerous and a form of piracy, sending a warning message to the United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres in response to America’s threats to the Iranian oil tankers to Venezuela: America’s threats are illegal and dangerous. A form of piracy and a great threat to international peace and security. “
