Levski’s football players have agreed to cut their salaries by 50% since March 13 because of the state of emergency, according to our 24 Hour colleagues.
The Blue management has been in talks with the players, and they have accepted the proposal to sign agreements that their monthly fees should be halved by the time they resume training.

Levski dismissed his players in the declaration of a state of emergency in Bulgaria. The latest announcement from the “blue” states that they will be a forced vacation until March 29 inclusive. That deadline is likely to be extended to the end of the state of emergency, which is currently April 13.
Only the youth of the club will remain on their current salaries as they are much lower.
