Thiruvananthapuram: Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan said that Kovid has been confirmed in 19 states. The number of people infected with the disease in the state has increased to 138. Of these, 126 are currently undergoing treatment. Coronavirus confirmed for first time in Wayanad district Kannur-9, Kasaragod-3, Malappuram-3, Thrissur-2 and Idukki-1 are the number of confirmed cases.

The Chief Minister said that the community kitchen projects in the state had started. Facilities were provided in the panchayats and municipalities. Food delivery will begin soon. The welfare pension distribution will begin tomorrow. Those who do not have a ration card will be given food grains through ration shops. CM said the economic package announced by the central government would be welcome.
