• Computer with an operating system, supported by the manufacturer, with correctly installed software for working with electronic signature – Windows 8; 8.1 (discontinued standard support on January 9, 2018 with extended support available until January 10, 2023); Windows 10 (32bit and 64bit), Linux (32bit and 64bit) or OSX (64bit);

• Web browser: Internet Explorer / Edge, Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox in current versions supporting TLS 1.2;• Java, version 8.x.

On January 14, 2020, Microsoft stopped supporting Windows 7, which means that the computer is still running but is more vulnerable to security risks and malware because it no longer receives software updates, including security updates from Microsoft.
