NEW DELHI: The National Commission for Women (NCW) has strongly condemned the undercover examination of 68 girls in a college hostel in Gujarat’s Bhuj. It was alleged that she entered the kitchen and the temple nearby during menstruation. The National Commission for Women (NCCI) has condemned the incident at Sri Sahjanand Girls Institute in Bhuj. The commission, which has been miffed by the incident, has voluntarily taken up the case.

The National Women’s Commission on its official Twitter page noted that such incidents are occurring when Indian women are struggling to remove misconceptions about menstruation.
