MUMBAI: The Shiv Sena has been mocking the BJP amid mounting preparations by the central government for the coming of US President Donald Trump. Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray says India will not become a superpower with a visit by the US President Thackeray said India needed to develop its manpower along with economic capacity.

Uddhav Thackeray addressing a gathering of NCP leader Sharad Pawar and lyricist Javed Akhtar Uddhav Thackeray criticized Uddhav Thackeray at book launch “This book is not like the Prime Minister’s Man Ki Baat but words from the heart,” Thackeray said.

Congressman Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury has said that Donald Trump is like Bollywood villain Mogambo. The Congress leader criticized the Narendra Modi government for its efforts to please Trump. Adar Ranjan Chaudhary alleged that the government was snatching crores of rupees from the exchequer to welcome the US president and forcibly hiding the people living in slums. “This is the Gujarat model of exploitation of the poor,” the Congress leader said.
