On the morning of February 18, a fire broke out in the engine of an airplane that was about to take off from Ahmedabad airport in India. It was a flight from a national company to the city of Bangalore. There were no victims.
On February 18 in the morning there were moments of horror at an airport in India. One or more birds hit a passenger plane of the GoAir company that was about to take off, wrapping the right engine of the ship on fire.
Following the event, the pilots of the plane they decided to abort takeoff and cancel the flight after contacting the airport air traffic controllers.

Fortunately there were no regrets injured or major damages. The rapid performance of firefighters allowed all passengers to be evacuated from the aircraft, which was removed from the runway as soon as the fire was put out. The flight to the Indian city of Bangalore was rescheduled for 1:30 p.m. local time.
