The decision was taken after considering the possibility of the coronavirus spreading in the Gulf. So far, 211 people have been affected by coronation in the Gulf. Iraq has banned passengers from China and Iran for an indefinite period. People from Thailand, South Korea, Japan, Italy and Singapore are banned from entering Iraq. Iraqi officials said more than 8,000 people who had visited Iran recently had been tested. In some parts of Iraq, schools and universities have been given 10-day leave.
