New shareholders known as Studio 100: entrepreneur Vic Swerts (Soudal) and investment group 3d investors

The three existing shareholders of Studio 100 – Hans Bourlon, Gert Verhulst and BNP Paribas Fortis Private Equity – sell 25 percent of the shares. Vic Swerts, the founder of adhesive and silicone producer Soudal, and 3d investors buy 17 and 8 percent of the company behind, among others, Samson & Gert, K3 and Maya de Bij.

It is not known how much the new shareholders will pay for the interest. Businessman Marc Coucke was also mentioned as a possible candidate for the Studio 100 shares, but he did not become one.
