Google says it is taking over Cornerstone Technology because of the experiences and solutions that the company has developed. The company from Dordrecht, founded in 1989, confirms the acquisition in a short announcement on its site. It is not known how many people work for the company and how the integration with Google will take place. Cornerstone does not want to give a substantive response by telephone.
According to Google, Cornerstone helps companies create roadmaps for migrating mainframe environments to the cloud, and the company also helps convert programming languages and databases and perform data migration. A takeover amount was not disclosed.
