MOSCOW (Sputnik) – The launch of the American Crew Dragon spacecraft with crew heading to the International Space Station (ISS) is scheduled for May 20, a source in the Russian space sector told Sputnik.
“According to the data we received from the United States, the first Crew Dragon with crew launch is scheduled for May 20,” he said.
Last January, the manufacturer of Crew Dragon, SpaceX, reported that the ship’s first flight will take place in the second quarter of this year.
In March 2019 Crew Dragon carried out its first unmanned test flight to the ISS.
Since 2011 Russia is the only country that carries out manned missions to the IEE.
