Chief Justice of India to consider plea against BJP leaders


Justice Muralidhar’s bench dismissed the plea against BJP leaders in a provocative speech calling for violence in New Delhi. The petition will be heard by the Chief Justice of Delhi High Court on Thursday. A bench headed by Justice Muralidhar heard the case today.

Muralidhar also suggested to file a case against the leaders who made hate speech. Following this, the case was listed before the Chief Justice. The Delhi High Court on Wednesday ordered the FIR registered against Kapil Mishra, Anurag Thakur, Parvesh Verma and Abhay Verma.

The court also said that the country would not be allowed to repeat the 1984 code and provide relief to the victims of the conflict. The court also criticized the police and ordered that action should not be taken against the attackers.
