Australian opener David Warner is set to retire from T20 International. He will retire after the Twenty20 World Cup in Australia this year and India next year.
Australian opener David Warner has said he is seriously considering retirement. “It is difficult to play in a busy schedule in all three formats. Continuous travel is difficult,” Warner said. Warner has scored 2079 runs, including one century and 15 fifties, from 76 international T20s. Warner was the recipient of the Australian Cricketer of the Year Award and the T20I Cricketer of the Year.
