Argentine government increases minimum pensions and family allowances by 13%

BUENOS AIRES (Sputnik) – The Argentine Government announced a 13% increase for retirees who receive the minimum pension and for the beneficiaries of family allowances and Universal Child Allowance (AUH), which receives the most deprived population in the country.

The director of the National Social Security Administration, Alejandro Vanoli, reported an “increase in minimum retirement, family allowances and a universal allowance per child of 13%,” during a press conference in which President Alberto Fern├índez participated .
