For that club, he came to fifteen league matches last season, in which he scored three times. “I feel a jitters in my stomach because it is like a dream come true for me”, the attacker responds to the club site.
“I am really looking forward to playing for Vitesse. I also think that the Dutch league, with the offensive playing style, suits me well,” says Delaveris. “I love dribbling and trying to get my teammates into scoring position. I can’t wait to join the group.”
According to technical director Marc van Hintum, Delaveris is a versatile player. “He has depth in his game and has a good pass in house. It is a talent that we have achieved with a view to the future. We want to bring it slowly and have therefore already achieved it in the winter. Although Filip also from he can play the right flank, we see him mainly as left winger. Although he has just turned 19, he is already physically strong. ”
Delaveris is the second Norwegian acquisition of Vitesse. Earlier, midfielder Sondre Tronstad was also recorded for three and a half years. The people from Arnhem are also about to come Joshua Brenet.
