Sc Uphold Order of Allahabad HC Which Grant Bail to Azam Khan His Son Wife in Alleged Land Dispute Case – Azam and his son get relief from Supreme Court, Allahabad High Court ruling upheld

The Supreme Court has upheld the Allahabad High Court order granting bail to Samajwadi Party MP Azam Khan, his son Abdullah Azam Khan and wife Dr Tanzen Fatima in their alleged involvement in a land dispute case.

A three-judge bench of the apex court headed by Chief Justice of India (CJI) Sharad Arvind Bobde dismissed the appeal filed by the Uttar Pradesh government and granted relief to all three.
