Police arrested two persons with 111 kg of charas from Shijahu village of Srikot panchayat of Banjar. With this, the police have also sealed Shijahu village.

According to sources, on the basis of secret information, the police team raided the hideout of Charas Mafia and recovered 111 kg of Charas from the possession of the drug mafia. In this case, the police has arrested the man and woman. Action is being taken against the accused under Section-20 of the NDPS Act.

The Banjar police, under the leadership of DSP Banjar Binny Minhas, is constantly taking strict action against drug traffickers. At the same time, earlier this year, Banjar police arrested 4 persons with 42 kg of charas. In this case, the police have busted the entire gang, and action is being implemented.
