Following the Delhi blasts, vigilance has been increased throughout the country. Under this, Mumbai Police has been instructed to remain alert. In this regard, Mumbai Police said that after the blast in Delhi today, we are on high alert. Security arrangements have been tightened.

It is being told that glass of four to five vehicles parked near the spot has been broken. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) and the National Security Guard (NSG) have reached the spot. An alert has been issued for all airports, important establishments and government buildings.

Preliminary analysis of the CCTV footage showed that a car driver had thrown the bomb in a packet at the blast site. The identity of its owner is being ascertained based on the number of the car. The entire area has been converted into a cantonment.
