Ahmedabad. Indian Railways Tejas Express trains are going to start from next month. Trains from Mumbai-Ahmedabad Tejas Express and New Delhi-Lucknow, which have been closed since the Corona era, can run on track from 14 February. Both these Tejas Express trains were operated by the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC). IRCTC said in a statement that, we are all ready to resume operations of Tejas Express, the first corporate train to meet the passenger demand.
According to the notification of the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation, “Both trains are scheduled to start operations from February 14. The trains are being resumed after getting approval from the Ministry of Railways with a new schedule.”
The IRCTC also stated that, all round preparations have been made to ensure that trains once started matching the expectation of people in terms of level of services and safety and health protocols, amidst the ongoing epidemic Given. “It is expected that, for all seats, bookings will be opened for four days per week, i.e. Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

To be told, the fare from Lucknow to New Delhi for this type of train is Rs 870 and from Kanpur to New Delhi the fare is Rs 780. Apart from this, there will be 30 days advance reservation period (ARP) for this train. IRCTC recently said, “Under the dynamic fare pricing method, the maximum fare will be 10 percent incremental limit up to a maximum of 30 percent. There will be no further increase in fare.” Notification stated, this time each Tejas Express will have a capacity of more than 700 passengers and passengers will be provided with a Corona safety kit, which includes a bottle of hand sanitizer, a mask and a pair of gloves.
