After the death of Sushant Singh, the Narcotics Control Bureau is investigating the matter with a drug angle. The scope of the investigation has reached close to politicians through film personalities. The NCB has arrested Samir Khan, son-in-law of Nawab Malik, Minister of Minority Welfare, in the Maharashtra government on Wednesday. During an 8-hour interrogation, NCB came to know of the transaction between Sameer Khan and British drug paddler Karan Sajani.
According to sources, after the seizure of 200 kg of drugs in the past, when the NCB questioned Karan Sajanani, Sameer Khan’s name came up. He was then summoned. Sameer Khan transferred 20 thousand rupees to Karan Sajanani through digital transaction. The NCB has found evidence that the money was given to purchase drugs. After which Sameer Khan has been arrested. Sameer Khan is married to Nilofar, daughter of Nawab Malik.
BJP said – Nawab Malik should reply
On being summoned to the son-in-law of the Nawab owner, BJP leader Kirit Somaiya wrote in a social media post, ‘Now the NCP minister’s son-in-law has been found involved in the drugs scam in the Narcotics Control Bureau investigation. Nawab Malik should answer.
Sajanani was also arrested by NCB
On Saturday, the NCB arrested Sajanani on charges of supplying imported cannabis in Mumbai. Rahila Furniturewala was also arrested after questioning Sajanani. According to the NCB, Sajanani ordered narcotics from the US. In this hemp he used to mix local hemp and sell it as herbal product. The NCB said that Rahila was the one who handled Sajanani’s financial case. All payments were made with Rahila’s debit / credit card and account.
The owner of the famous Mustache Panwala was also arrested
The NCB arrested Ramkumar Tiwari, the owner of Muchhad Panwala in Mumbai. Ramkumar Tiwari and his brother Jaishankar have also been questioned for several hours. They have a paan shop in Camp Corner, a posh area of South Mumbai. Bollywood and industry celebrities come here to have a drink.
