All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) MP Imtiaz Jalil has accused the Shiv Sena of hooliganism by putting a video on Twitter. Jalil alleges that a Shiv Sainik revolver sitting in a car on the Pune-Mumbai Expressway was waving and threatening people on the way. The MP complained to the Maharashtra Home Minister and the DGP and asked if action will be taken against them.
MP Imtiaz Jalil from Aurangabad wrote in his tweet- ‘This is the Pune-Mumbai Expressway of Maharashtra. The people in the car are telling the whole story. On Friday night, Shiv Sainik is waving a revolver to make way for his SUV. Will the Maharashtra Home Minister and DGP take any action on this hooliganism? Jalil has also tagged this tweet to Maharashtra Chief Minister’s Office, Home Minister Anil Deshmukh and DGP.
Law is equal for all: Shiv Sena Spokesperson
A police officer said that an FIR is being registered against unknown people in connection with the incident. At the same time, Shiv Sena Spokesperson and MP Arvind Sawant said that the law is equal for everyone. Police is investigating the matter and necessary steps will be taken further. Based on the number of the car shown in the video, its owner is also being ascertained.
