There has been a ruckus in Ballabhgarh after the Mahapanchayat on Sunday. People who came to the Mahapanchayat started a ruckus demanding the execution of the accused. During this time, people showered stones on the police. After this, the police dispersed the crowd by lathicharge. Meanwhile, Sumer Singh, DCP Haryana Police said that some miscreants tried to spoil the law and order situation in Ballabhgarh on National Highway-2 on Sunday. Police have taken several people into custody in the case.
According to the information, a ‘mahapanchayat’ was convened on Sunday on behalf of people from 36 communities in Ballabhgarh to demand the hanging of the accused in the murder of Nikita. Sources said that some people started a commotion during the meeting itself. During this, some people came out of the Mahapanchayat and blocked the road. At the same time some mischievous elements took advantage of the mob and started throwing stones at the police.
