Congress leaders met the Observer of Baroda by-election and Assistant Election Officer and Tehsildar of Baroda Assembly Constituency at the Small Secretariat on Monday. She made a complaint to Orbjar against Jind SP OP Narwal, Haryana Women Development Corporation chairperson Babita Faugat, District Sports Officer (DSO) Ramesh Hooda and a gas agency operator.
The Congress leaders accused the officer, the gas operator, of violating the code of conduct and campaigning in favor of BJP’s candidate Yogeshwar Dutt. They demanded that it be investigated.
Congress MLA from Rohtak Bharat Bhushan Batra, MLA from Sonepat Surendra Panwar, former Lalit Nagar and other leaders reached the sub-divisional campus on Monday. It is alleged that SP OP Narwal is in village Kathura. They are pressurizing the villagers to vote in favor of the BJP.

Here, in Rohtak, former Chief Minister Bhupendra Hooda said that the code of conduct is being violated by the BJP by distributing free cylinders in Baroda. There are reports of liquor and money being distributed from many villages. Hooda said that the BJP candidate himself has confessed to dividing the cylinder among the people. That is why we have made a complaint to the Election Commission.
