Colleague Ram was going from Scooty to the bank with Sagar. On reaching Sarvodaya Kanya Vidyalaya Dayanand Marg, two bike riders who came from behind suddenly hit their scooty. The two fell down, striking the balance when it collided. Then the crooks quickly escaped from the spot by robbing them a bag full of money. After the incident, Ramesh Singh first informed the owner of the incident and then also informed the police.

Jasan, New Delhi: Two miscreants riding a bike in Dariyaganj in central district escaped after robbing Rs 9.70 lakh from employees of a private company. Both employees were going to deposit cash and some checks at the bank at the time of the incident. On the complaint of the victim Ramesh Singh, Daryaganj police station has registered a case under the robbery section. Police is trying to identify the miscreants with CCTV footage and other ways.

According to the police, Ramesh Singh, originally from Almora, Uttarakhand, lives with family in Matiala. He works in a private company based in Daryaganj. The owner of the company on Tuesday gave Ramesh Rs 9.70 lakh and six checks to be deposited in the bank. Ramesh was traveling from Scooty to the bank with colleague Ram Sagar. On reaching Sarvodaya Kanya Vidyalaya, Dayanand Marg, two bike riders who came from behind suddenly hit their scooty. Both fell down, losing balance. Then the crooks escaped by looting a bag full of money from his possession. After the incident, Ramesh Singh first reported the incident to the company owner and later to the police.
