On the occasion of Martyrdom Day, Central Reserve Police Force CRPF paid tribute to the martyr Rajesh Gill by placing a flower garland on the Kendriya Vidyalaya campus in Jhauda.
Jagran Correspondent, West Delhi: On the Martyrdom Day, Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) paid tribute to Shaheed Rajesh Gill in the Kendriya Vidyalaya campus in Jhaoda. The tribute meeting was held in honor of the martyr Rajesh Gill, led by Saroj Kumar Singh, Commandate of the 25th Battalion Border Security Force (BSF). On this occasion, the principal of the Kendriya Vidyalaya, Sunil Kumar, Pyari Devi, mother of Shaheed Rajesh Gill, brother Anil Gill and Sukhchand Kadayan, Chairman of the Shaheed Rajesh Gill Committee, offered flowers and paid tributes to Shaheed Rajesh Gill. Like every year towards BSF, this year too, Pyari Devi, mother of martyr Rajesh Gill, was honored by offering shawls. Shaheed Rajesh Gill has been a student of Central School Jhauda located in CRPF campus, was posted in BSF. He was martyred during an encounter with terrorists in Kashmir on 16 September 1999. In the memory of the martyr Rajesh Gill, his statue has been installed in the school located at the CRPF Camp campus in Jhaoda.
