Three people, including a teenager, were handed over to their relatives through Zipnet and Google

The AHTU team continuously goes to the Shelter House and counseling the children living there to reunite the missing teenagers and children with their relatives. During this period, a total of three people, including a teenager, were reunited on Saturday. While the teenager was from Ludhiana, one teenager was from Jaitpur Delhi and the other from Kolkata in West Bengal. The teenagers were handed over to their relatives in the presence of the Women and Children Commission team.

Additional DCP Kumar Dnyanesh of South East Delhi said that on October 12, Kishore’s father lodged a complaint at Jaitpur police station that his 14-year-old son had gone missing from the house. During the investigation, the father said that some of his relatives also live in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. The team then recovered the teenager with the help of surveillance and local police, while the teenager living in Lajpat Nagar’s Shelter House, with the help of routine counseling, Google map and local police, got the family members living in Azar Mulla Bagan, Kolkata. At the same time, a teenager who came to Delhi by train from Ludhiana many years ago, was handed over by the Delhi Police with the help of RPF and Counseling. The relatives commended the police on their return home before the festival.
