Jagran Correspondent, outer Delhi: Corona’s investigation has started with RT-PCR at Baba Saheb Ambedkar Hospital cum Medical College, Rohini. Initially, 24 samples are being examined daily. Hospital administration says that the number of investigations will be further increased in the coming days. Please tell here that in September, two hundred beds in Ambedkar Hospital were reserved for corona patients. Along with this, a flu screening center was also started in the hospital. In which the corona probe is facilitated by 24 hour rapid antigen test.
The hospital’s medical superintendent, Dr. PS Khatana, said that RT-PCR test facility has also been provided in the hospital’s medical college since last week. So far, samples were being taken in the hospital for RT-PCR examination, which had to be sent to different labs. But from now on, the facility of RT-PCR investigation has started in the hospital itself.
It may be noted that Satyavadi Harishchandra Hospital of Narela, Deepchand Bandhu Hospital in Ashok Vihar and Ambedkar Hospital in Rohini are scheduled for Kovid-19 patients in the outer Delhi region. Out of which, RT-PCR test facility has been started in Ambedkar Hospital.
24 sample investigation:
Currently, 24 samples of corona are being tested daily through RT-PCR in the hospital. Hospital administration says that the number of investigations will be further increased in the coming days. It has a facility of testing of maximum 90 samples.
