new Delhi. Already, Corona is again becoming a new problem in Delhi, the capital of the country, which is facing the problem of poisonous air. Concern has increased due to 5,739 infection cases on Thursday. With this, the air quality index in many areas of Delhi remained at ‘very poor’ level. These areas include Anand Vihar, Dwarka Sector, Alipur and Jahangirpuri.

Currently, the third wave of corona virus is a cause of concern in front of experts. In response to this, Health Minister Satyendra Jain says that to know this, trends will have to be monitored for a week at the moment.

Temperature becomes enemy of Delhi’s air
If you look at the figures of Delhi Pollution Control Board, the air quality index in Anand Vihar on Friday was 408. Whereas, the same figure was 405 in Dwarka Sector-8, 403 in Alipur, 423 in Jahangirpuri. These figures fall in the serious category of the Air Quality Index. The air quality was 447 in Bawana, 404 in Patparganj and 411 in Wazipur.

The special thing is that due to increasing humidity in the air, the pollutants remain in the air for a long time. Not only this, these elements also prepare a layer in the air. According to the Meteorological Department, this time Western Disturbances are not being activated yet. The anti cyclone situation over Rajasthan has also made the winds more cold. Apart from this, due to the effect of La Nina, this time the winter season will last longer.
