Dehradun. The Supreme Court has stayed the Nainital High Court order that ordered a CBI inquiry against Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat. According to the news agency ANI, the Supreme Court has also issued notice to the CBI and two journalists in this matter and asked them to respond in four weeks. After the Supreme Court ban, the BJP has become an attacker and has put Congress and lawyer and Congress leader Kapil Sibal in the dock.

Aiming at Kapil Sibal

After the Supreme Court stayed the order of the High Court in the CM Trivandra case, the BJP has put not only the Congress but also the lawyer Kapil Sibal in the dock. Chief spokesperson of Uttarakhand BJP Munna Singh Chauhan welcomed the decision of the Supreme Court. He said that the manner in which the Congress showed rashness proves that the complainant Umesh Sharma and the Congress carried out this criminal conspiracy to tarnish the CM’s image under a conspiracy.

Questioning Kapil Sibal, he said that in the Harish Rawat sting case, Kapil Sibal, on whom Umesh Sharma made allegations of corruption, Kapil Sibal is now telling Umesh Sharma to be clean by becoming Umesh Sharma’s lawyer in the latest case. BJP says that in similar case, Kapil Sibal cannot be a lawyer for the opposition.
