Jaipur Divisional Commissioner Somnath Mishra issued an important order on Friday, ordering the internet to be closed for 24 hours in the Kotputli Pavta Shahpura Viratnagar Jamavaramgarh tehsil of Jaipur district. As per the order issued by the Divisional Commissioner, Internet services will be closed from 6:00 pm to 6:00 pm on October 30. Instructions have also been given to maintain special vigil in Gurjar-dominated areas. Earlier, the Divisional Commissioner had issued orders to stop internet services in Bharatpur and Karauli.

The administration is also strengthening its preparations in view of the Gurjar movement. The Home Secretary is taking instant updates from the Collector and SP.
