CPI Rajya Sabha MP Binoy Vishwam has filed a writ petition in the Supreme Court demanding that the three Agriculture Bills (now law) be declared unconstitutional.

Significantly, the government passed three bills from the Parliament on farmers, which were signed by President Ram Nath Kovind. Now these three bills have become law. These laws are being opposed by many opposition parties and farmers. Most of the protests have been seen in Punjab and Haryana.
