The case of shooting a BJP worker in Titagarh in 24 Parganas district in West Bengal is going on. West Bengal Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar has called Additional Chief Secretary (Home), State CM Mamta Banerjee and DGP in view of deteriorating law and order. The governor himself has informed about this by tweeting.

In West Bengal, BJP observer Kailash Vijayvargiya has released a video on Mamta Banerjee, strongly targeting and demanding a CBI inquiry on the death of BJP worker Manish Shukla. With this, the party has called a 12-hour bandh in Barrackpura today to protest against this incident.

Let me tell you, BJP worker Manish Shukla was shot dead in front of Titagarh police station (in North 24 Parganas district). There was a ruckus in the area regarding this. The BJP has attacked the Mamta government over this.

According to police, a local BJP leader near Titagarh was shot dead by two motorcycle-riding miscreants, in which he was seriously injured.

The miscreants shot local BJP leader Manish Shukla on BT Road in the evening, rushed to the hospital where his condition remains critical. The state BJP leadership claimed that Shukla has died, but police has not given any information in this regard.
