Poland will allocate a landing brigade and two squadrons of fighter jets to the NATO alert system, Polish President Ange Duda said.

London – Sputnik. "There will be six brigades on high alert," Duda said on Wednesday after the NATO summit in London.

"We, Poland, will join this initiative. There are six brigades, the crew of the 6th Landing Brigade, which will have to be on high alert and two squadrons of combat aircraft."

This concluded on Wednesday, the activities of the second day of the summit, "NATO" held on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the alliance, in the presence of leaders of its member states.
