Exasperated by their working conditions, the police officers of the Departmental Intervention Company (CDI) of Grenoble have been imaginative to be heard: since Monday, December 2, 27 of the 29 police officers are on sick leave, reports actu17. fr.
Officials denounce including repeated changes in their working hours, "shifts" sometimes announced the day before for the next day. In November, these "shifts" took place 15 times, says the portal.
They also note a lack of consideration on the part of the Departmental Directorate of Public Security of Isere (DDSP 38), as well as operational choices systematically imposed as "order", without taking into account the human situation or managerial unit.
On Tuesday, all the officials on sick leave were summoned to the doctor-in-charge who was to study their situation.
Several police unions had called Monday for "renewable actions" to protest against the pension reform. For their part, police from Maine-et-Loire began November 29 a "zeal strike".
