"In the 37-month period between October 1, 2014 and December 1, 2017, no increase was observed in the wholesale prices of natural gas. On the contrary, as of October 1, 2016, 10 percent of the wholesale prices of natural gas for subscribers and eligible consumers were used for electricity generation as of November 1, 2018. 8.82 percent for gas consumers, 10 percent for subscribers as of January 1, 2019 and 3.03 percent for consumers using gas for electricity generation as of September 1, 2019. Considering inflation rates for October 2019 and September 2019 inflation rates, 15 percent more than it should be, and the exchange rate changes are 59 percent cheaper than it should be taken into account.
