Under the umbrella of diplomacy, modern diplomacy today, with the help of traditional diplomacy to tackle new problems created in societies, is undoubtedly the most important actor at the domestic and global level of public opinion today, which has an important role in determining the fate of society and politics.

One of the most well-known popular connections is the issue of sister-in-law dating back nearly a century and today more than 2 sister-sister contracts between different cities around the world and five between Tehran and other cities, reflecting Iran's desire to exchange peace. Is the sister city agreement between the cities is a platform for developing relationships and expanding urban diplomacy, which can make the message of peace, friendship and freedom easier as well as the numerous treaties between sister cities. The Doha agreement will lead to the development of these cities.

We are facing the toughest and most cruel sanctions today and we can bring our problems and voices to the world through urban diplomacy, but unfortunately this has not been used effectively at the State Department so far, we have asked the State Department to send the message Send messages from the Islamic Councils of Iranian cities to cities around the world so that the voice of the Iranian people can be heard in the world after these cruel sanctions that unfortunately do not happen; Tehran's urban management is fully prepared to make good use of its diplomacy Ray will work with all departments of the country and work with them to connect with other countries' urban management and thereby serve the country's interests.
