British military conduct cyber defense training in Estonia


TALLIN (Sputnik) – The British contingent stationed in Estonia in the framework of the NATO Enhanced Advanced Presence conducted cyber defense training, reported the General Staff of the Defense Forces of the Baltic country.

"In the Cyber ​​Fog exercise, we have tested our ability to identify, adapt and respond to the threats we might face, to ensure our operational resilience," said the statement to Colonel Paul Clayton, head of the British contingent that leads NATO troops located in Estonia.
The military stressed that British soldiers set out to "work in full cooperation with NATO allies" and "integrate the lessons of this exercise in all domains"of your activity.

The Enhanced Advanced Presence that NATO has maintained in Estonia since 2017 currently has some 1,200 troops from Belgium, France, Denmark and the United Kingdom, led by the latter country.
