Pierre-André Durant, prefect of Seine-Maritime was therefore present in front of metropolitan officials to answer many questions. The press was invited, but not the public, given the size of the meeting room. However, it was rebroadcast live on the Metropole Rouen Normandie website and YouTube page.
Unfortunately, the conditions of reception at H20, where the elected representatives of the Metropolis sit, do not allow to welcome the public in satisfactory security conditions because of the limited number of places.
